Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between in-person and virtual therapy?

Our in-person sessions are held in Cedar Park, allowing for a more grounded, physical presence. Virtual therapy provides the same high-quality care and clinical support from anywhere in Texas, offering the flexibility to fit sessions into your schedule.

Do you accept insurance for my therapy sessions?

We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm if they cover private-pay therapy and whether they offer out-of-network benefits.

How do I book a free consultation?

You can book your free 15-minute consultation through this link or by calling our office directly at 512-763-0765. During this time, we can discuss your specific needs and help you find the right therapist for your goals.

What is the cancellation policy for my sessions?

Our policy requires 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This helps us maintain our room bookings and provides the best experience for our clients and our community. We are happy to work with you to find a solution if you need to change your plans.
